# Cookie Policy

## Sign-in and preferences

Necessary cookies keep you signed in. A language cookie remembers your locale;
browser storage remembers your theme. The uploader also keeps an unfinished
photo draft in IndexedDB on your device so you can return after signing in or
paying. A draft may remain until it is cleared after submission, you clear site
data, or the browser removes it; there is no background deletion timer.

## Analytics

Google Analytics 4 uses `_ga` and `_ga_<id>` cookies to measure visits and product
events. The Plausible-family script at `app.pageview.app` counts page visits
without setting analytics cookies. Both receive page URLs, referrers and basic
device information; uploaded photos and video content are not sent as analytics
events. See our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) for the services that process photos.

The site does not currently run advertising or targeting cookies. Stripe hosts
checkout and uses its own cookies under [Stripe's cookie policy](https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy).

## Your controls

You can block or clear analytics cookies through your browser settings. Blocking
necessary sign-in cookies may prevent account and video history access. Clearing
site storage also removes any unfinished photo draft saved on this device.
Visiting the site does not itself express cookie consent; this page describes
the current implementation and does not provide an in-page consent switch.
