## What this policy covers

Outstanding Desk AI turns a photo you upload into a short video. This page explains what we collect, which services process it, and how to have it deleted.

## What we collect

- **Account**: name, email address and sign-in provider. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- **Photo and video**: the photo you upload, the rendered video, and the job record (status, timestamps, credit cost).
- **Usage**: page views, generation events, browser type, IP address and basic device data.

## Who processes it

- **EvoLink** receives the cropped photo to run the ByteDance Seedance 2.5 image-to-video model. EvoLink's own terms and retention rules apply while the file is on their side.
- **Cloudflare R2** stores the photo and the rendered video so your history keeps working after the provider's download links expire.
- **Stripe** processes payment and sends us the payment result.
- **Analytics** (Google Analytics 4 and the Plausible-compatible service at app.pageview.app) count visits and product events. They do not receive your photo.

We do not sell personal data.

## How long we keep it

Photos, videos and job records are stored to provide your video history. This version does not automatically remove stored media when an account is deleted. Payment records are retained for tax and accounting requirements.

## Your choices

You can delete your account in **Settings → Security**. To request removal of uploaded photos, generated videos or job records, email [support@chengshu.space](mailto:support@chengshu.space). Account deletion alone does not erase stored media.

## Children

The service is for people 18 and older. Do not upload photos of children.

## Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will say so on this page before the change takes effect.
