Avoid
- Celebrity photos or children
- Group photos
- Sunglasses, masks or heavy filters
- Side angles and tiny images
- Photos with big logos or uniforms
What happens if a render fails
The video model rejects some photos, for example celebrity likenesses, uniforms or images with large logos. When that happens the render is marked failed and the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to contact support. If you believe a rejection was wrong, try a plain, front-facing photo first.
