The rules for using Outstanding Desk AI
2026/10/25
Outstanding Desk AI takes one photo you provide and asks a third-party video model (ByteDance Seedance 2.5, via EvoLink) to render a short desk-concert performance video with that person as the lead singer. The exact scene is fixed by us; you cannot type your own prompt in this version.
You must be 18 or older. By uploading a photo you confirm that it is you, or that you have the permission of the person in it, and that the person is 18 or older. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, children, or anyone who has not agreed.
We may refuse a render or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Each render costs one credit. A credit is bought as a one-time $6.90 pack; there is no subscription. Credits do not expire. If a render fails, for example because the model rejects the photo, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under Stripe's rules and our refund policy.
You keep whatever rights you have in the photo you upload. We store the photo and the rendered video so the service can show your history; see the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your video. You are responsible for how you use the output.
The video is an AI-generated performance, not a recording of you. The vocal and band are model-generated; lips may not match the audio exactly, and the model may refuse some photos.
Outstanding Desk AI is an independent tool for a Tiny Desk–style intimate performance. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NPR, any artist, label, or broadcaster. It does not use NPR footage or reproduce a real song. “Tiny Desk” is used only as a descriptive reference.
The service is provided as is. We may change the model, quality, or pricing, and we may pause the service for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Questions about these terms: reply to the receipt Stripe emails you.
